Step 1 · Apply Online

Step 2 · Enter Your Details

Enter your mobile number and complete mobile OTP verification. Then enter your name exactly as per PAN, date of birth, and email ID. A name mismatch with PAN is the single biggest cause of delay.

Step 4 · KYC & Aadhaar Verification

Enter your ICAI Registration/Membership Number in the Remarks field. This is mandatory — IDSign shares this list with ICAI’s Beneficiary Schemes Directorate for approval, so an incorrect number will stall your application.

Step 6 · Video Verification & Submit

Recheck every field, record the verification video, upload it, and submit. Note down the Reference Number — you’ll need it for any follow-up with IDSign support.
