Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana: Interest-Free Loans for Rajasthan’s Youth
A complete, updated breakdown of eligibility, loan limits, documents and the online application process for MYSY — launched 12 January 2026.
⚠️ Before you read further
The “1 lakh” figure attached to this scheme refers to the government’s target of helping 1 lakh young entrepreneurs set up micro-enterprises every year — it is not the loan amount. Actual loan limits go up to ₹10 lakh depending on your qualification and sector, detailed below. Scheme rules can be revised by government notification, so always cross-check the latest guideline on the Rajasthan SSO Portal before applying.
📋 What Is the Scheme? ▾
The Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana (MYSY) was launched by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on 12 January 2026 (National Youth Day), with the formal notification and guidelines issued a day earlier on 11 January 2026. It replaces the need for youth to arrange interest on business loans — the Rajasthan government itself pays the interest to the lending bank on the borrower’s behalf.
The scheme is implemented through District Industries and Commerce Centres under the Industries and Commerce Department, with the Commissionerate of Industries and Commerce acting as the state-level nodal agency. It will remain in effect from the notification date (11 January 2026) until 31 March 2029.

⚡ How the “interest-free” part works
The loan itself is sanctioned by a participating bank or financial institution at its normal rate — the Rajasthan government reimburses that interest and also covers the CGTMSE (Credit Guarantee Fund for Micro and Small Enterprises) guarantee fee, effectively making the loan interest-free for the borrower.
